Troubleshooting login problems in SaRA

Work through these steps in order to resolve most login errors, missing patient lists, and possible outages.

Having trouble logging in to SaRA? Work through these steps in order.

1. Refresh and retry

Close the SaRA tab completely, open a new one, and go to app.sarahealth.com. Many login errors (including "Load failed") are temporary and clear on a fresh attempt.

2. Reset your password

On the login page, choose the password reset option and enter the email address your clinic used to set up your account. The reset email can take a few minutes and sometimes lands in spam or quarantine folders. If you never received a welcome or reset email, your account may have been created under a different email address — check with your clinic admin.

3. Logged in, but no patients showing?

This means the page didn't finish loading, not that you're locked out. Reload the page fully: hold Ctrl+Shift and press R on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac. If the patient list still doesn't appear, take a screenshot of what you see and send it to support — it helps us find the problem quickly.

4. Check whether it's just you

If a colleague at your clinic can't log in either, the problem is likely on our side. Our team watches for these and usually has them fixed quickly — try again after 15–30 minutes.

5. Still stuck?

Message us through the in-app chat or email support. Include:

  • The email address you're logging in with

  • What error you see (a screenshot is ideal)

  • Which browser you're using
