Here's how to tell whether a problem is on your end or ours — and what to do either way.
Quick checks (under a minute)
Reload the page fully (hold Ctrl+Shift and press R on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac). A lot of errors are temporary and clear on a fresh load.
Open SaRA in a private or incognito window, or a different browser. If it works there, the problem is with something saved on your computer rather than with SaRA itself.
Ask a colleague to try. If others at your clinic see the same thing, it's likely on our side.
If it looks like an outage
SaRA does not currently have a public status page, so the fastest way to confirm is to tell us. Message us through the in-app chat (or email support if the app won't load) and include:
What you were doing when it failed
A screenshot of the error
Your browser, and whether colleagues are affected too
Our team watches for problems like this and usually has them fixed quickly — if a colleague already reported it, trying again after 15–30 minutes often works.
How we communicate during incidents
For significant service incidents, SaRA emails affected customers directly with what happened, what's restored, and any steps you may need to take (for example, re-checking patient messages sent during the window). If you experienced an outage and didn't receive an email, ask support and we'll confirm what happened.
