Codes and Signed are the two headline cards on the right of your Metrics page. They track the billing activity your monitoring work has earned, and how much of it your team has moved along.
Codes
As your patients complete remote monitoring cycles, SaRA generates the RTM billing codes their activity has earned (CPT 98975, 98977, 98980, 98981, and related codes).
The Codes card counts those codes for the period you have selected, along with their estimated value at your pricing.
The dollar figure is an estimate of the billing activity SaRA generated. It is not what has been billed to payers or collected. Your billing system and remittances remain the source of truth for cash.
Signed
The Signed card shows what share of those codes your team has actioned on the Billing page: signed off for claim submission if SaRA handles your billing, or marked as billed or reconciled if you bill through your own EMR.
Codes still waiting on action appear as Held by unsigned. That is work your team has earned that is not yet moving.
Why you see these cards even if SaRA does not submit your claims. Every practice's monitoring work generates billable codes, whoever submits the claims. The cards have nothing to do with the Documents tab or e-signatures. If you see a Signed count you cannot account for, message us and we will trace the specific cycles behind it.
When the cards show percentages
Percentages and comparisons against the previous period appear once you have at least 10 closed monitoring cycles in the selected period. Below that, the cards show counts only, so a small window never shows a misleading trend. Widen the date range or move up from a clinic to the whole company to see stable numbers.
