Printable patient flyer: what the check-in texts are and why replying matters

A one-page handout for your patients that explains the check-in messages. Carries your clinic's branding, not ours.

A flyer your patients can take home, in your clinic's name.

Between visits, your care team is still with you is a one-page handout that explains the check-in messages to a patient: what the texts are, why replying matters, whether it is private, and what it costs them. Print it for the waiting room or hand it out at the first visit.

It carries your branding, not ours

Your patients never hear about SaRA directly. The flyer has a space for your clinic's logo and the program name follows a "[Your Clinic] Connect" pattern, so it reads as something from your practice. There is no SaRA name or logo anywhere on it. Add your logo in the space at the top before you print, or print it as is.

What is on it

  • The one ask: reply to the messages. Even a few words tells the provider more than they can learn in a single appointment.

  • What they will get: one message per weekday, sent in their provider's name, about how their recovery is going. Pain and stiffness, how the exercises feel, sleep, swelling, anything that has changed.

  • Why their replies matter: the provider reads them before the next visit.

  • Privacy and cost: messages go to their care team and are part of their record. No separate charge from the clinic; remote check-ins may be billed like other parts of care depending on their plan.

  • How to stop: reply STOP or tell the clinic.

This flyer is not a consent form, and it says so on the page. Consent is built into the first text the patient receives. Keep using your own consent paperwork exactly as you do today.
