How SaRA and Prompt work together (what SaRA reads from the chart, the extension badge, the nightly email) is explained in The Billing page: your complete worklist, section 4. This article covers the last step: entering the charges in Prompt.
There are two ways to bill RTM in Prompt: within a visit, or as a non-visit event.
Part 1 — Billing within a visit
Start at "On Deck" or "Scheduling."
Select "Patients."
Search by the patient's last name.
Select the patient's name.
Select "Visits."
Click the ellipsis (...) and select "Enter Visit."
Select "Treat & Flow."
Add the RTM codes SaRA has prompted you to bill.
Part 2 — Billing outside of a visit (non-visit event)
Go to "On Deck."
Click "Scheduling."
Create a new visit. If your clinic has a visit type for RTM documentation that does not count toward the patient's visit total, choose it. Otherwise choose Follow Up.
Check in the patient.
Select "Charge Insurance," "No Copay," and "Don't Collect Money," then check in.
Click "Add Treatment."
Select the applicable treatment code(s) as defined in the billing justification from SaRA.
Click "Review and Order," then "Add Activities."
Copy and paste the documentation from SaRA into the treatment notes.
Click "Check Out."
Go through the check-out process. If prompted, click "No Treatment Performed" and acknowledge.
Add 1 unit for each CPT code.
Sign and submit.
