Payers update these documents periodically — always confirm you are viewing the current version on the payer's site.

Payers we know do not cover RTM

These are the non-covering policies we have documented so far. If a payer is not on either list, ask us — we may already know, and if we don't, finding out helps every clinic.

How to find your BCBS representative (Michigan)

  1. Go to bcbsm.com/providers and log in.

  2. Select Help Center, then Contact Us.

  3. In the dropdowns choose: I Need to Contact = "Blue Shield of Michigan"; About = "Provider Consultants".

  4. Select your region (or choose "View our map").

  5. View the contact list to find your representative.
