The general workflow in any EMR is the same: when a patient shows as ready to bill on your SaRA Billing page, copy the billing justification SaRA provides, add it to the appropriate note, and add the RTM CPT codes as charges. For untimed codes (98975/98977), enter 1 minute if the EMR requires a time.
