No. SaRA does not include an exercise library, a place to add exercises, or a home exercise program. Your clinic keeps using its usual exercise tool for that.
What SaRA does instead
SaRA checks in with your patients by text between visits about how their whole recovery is going. It asks how their exercises are going, how pain and function are trending, what is getting in the way, and what has changed since the last visit. Their replies come back to you in SaRA, so you know who needs attention before their next appointment.
Patients never download an app and never log in anywhere. They just reply to a text. More on that in What do patients experience? No app, just text messages.
Keep your home exercise tool
SaRA sits alongside whatever you already use to prescribe exercises. Nothing about your exercise handouts, videos, or program changes. SaRA is the part that follows up on how the plan is going once the patient is home.
Want to mention a specific exercise? You can message any enrolled patient directly from their conversation in SaRA at any time, in your own words. That is the place for a reminder like "focus on the heel raises this week."
