My sign-in link expired or was already used

Activation links last 14 days and reset links 24 hours, and each works once. How to get a fresh link in under a minute without contacting support.

Sign-in links expire and only work once. Getting a fresh one takes under a minute and you do not need to contact support.

How long a link lasts

  • Activation link (the one in your welcome email for your first sign-in): 14 days from when it was sent.

  • Password reset link (from Forgot Password?): 24 hours.

  • Each link works once. Requesting a new link replaces the old one, so always open the most recent email.

Get a new link from the expired one

  1. Open the link in your email anyway. If it has expired you will see a page titled Link expired: "This link has expired or has already been used. Enter your email and we'll send you a new one."

  2. Enter the email address your clinic used to invite you and click Send me a new link.

  3. You will see "If an account exists for that email, a new link is on its way." Check your inbox and your spam folder, and open the most recent email.

  4. Follow the new link and set your password. You are in.

Or start from the login page

Go to app.sarahealth.com. If you were invited but never set a password, try signing in once. After the attempt fails, a box appears under the Login button: "Recently invited and never set a password? Your activation link may have expired." Enter your email there and click Send me a new link.

If you already had a password and forgot it, click Forgot Password? instead. That link lasts 24 hours.

No email arrived

  • Give it a few minutes and check spam or quarantine folders. The email comes from SaRA Health ([email protected]), so search your mailbox for that address.

  • Your account may be under a different email address than the one you typed. Ask whoever set you up at your clinic which address they used, then request the link again with that one.

  • If the new link also stops you, message us through the chat on the login page or email support with the email address you are using and a screenshot of what you see. The general sign-in checklist is in Troubleshooting login problems in SaRA.
