Everything you set up lives on one page.
Setup in SaRA happens on the Manage page, and most practices only touch it once. Six steps and your practice is ready for its first patient.
Many new accounts also see a setup checklist inside SaRA that tracks these same steps and checks them off as you complete them. If yours doesn't show one, this guide is the same list in the same order.
1. Complete your company profile
Go to Manage > Company and fill in your business information: legal business name, DBA or trade name, organization NPI, taxonomy code, and Tax ID (EIN), plus your billing address and billing phone.
The Profile Completeness bar at the top fills as you go. These details are the identity your billing runs on, so five careful minutes here saves real cleanup later.
2. Add your logo
Still on Manage > Company, find the Logo card and choose Upload logo. If we found a logo on your practice website, it is already waiting there and one click adopts it.
Your logo goes on the printable patient flyer next to your practice name, so patients see your practice, never SaRA. PNG, JPEG or WebP, at least 112 pixels tall. Once it is in, the branded flyer is ready for you under Documents > Resources.
3. Add your clinics
Each location your practice operates gets its own clinic in SaRA. From Manage > Clinics, choose Add clinic and enter the clinic's name, address, and phone. You can also choose which team members can manage that clinic.
The colored dot next to each clinic tells you whether that location has the details billing needs. Green means complete. Hover over a red or amber dot to see exactly what's missing.
Owners and clinic admins can download the clinic list as a spreadsheet (CSV) with the Export button on the Clinics tab.
4. Add your team
From Manage > Team Members, invite everyone who will use SaRA: providers, front desk, and whoever handles billing. Each person receives an invitation email and sets up their own login.
5. Add a payment method
On the Invoices page, add a bank account or card so your monthly SaRA invoice pays without any chasing. Bank transfer (ACH) usually costs your clinic less than card.
The details of how invoicing works are in How SaRA bills your clinic.
6. Enroll a test patient (yourself)
The fastest way to understand what your patients will experience is to be one for a day. Enroll yourself with your own cell number, reply to a check-in text, then unenroll when you're done.
The walkthrough is in Enroll a patient in SaRA, and What do patients experience? shows the patient's side. No app, just texts.
What's next
Once your team is in and your first real patients are enrolled, two guides carry you the rest of the way: Choosing your billing path and Your first billable cycle, explained.
