Welcome. This page is your whole onboarding, in order.
Bookmark it and share it with your team. Each section is a sentence and a link or two. The detail lives behind the links, so you only open what you need, when you need it.
Three things to do today are right below. Everything after that can wait until you get there.
Start here (today)
Log in and finish your setup checklist. Company details, logo, clinics, team, payment method. The walkthrough is Setting up your practice in SaRA.
Install the SaRA browser extension so SaRA sits next to your EMR in the same window. About two minutes: The SaRA browser extension. The first sign in is one code sent to your email (first sign in guide). If an IT team manages your computers, send them Network and allowlist requirements before your first patients.
Decide who does what. Read What SaRA asks of your team, by role with your front desk, your providers, and whoever runs billing, and put a name on every line.
What happens next
This week: setup done, team invited, extension installed, first patients enrolled.
Your first billable codes arrive when a patient's first 30 day cycle closes. What happens in between is in Your first billable cycle, explained.
Once your first cycle closes, its numbers show on your Metrics page. Reading your Metrics page explains each one. Want to walk through them with us? Ask in the chat and we'll set up a short call.
Your first invoice arrives at the start of the month after your first billable codes. How it is built and paid is in How SaRA bills your clinic.
Your team in SaRA
Add team members from the Manage page. Each person gets their own activation link by email: Adding and removing team members.
More than one location? Setting up an additional clinic and Providers who cover multiple clinics.
For your providers, the short version of their part is SaRA for providers: your quickstart. For the front desk it is The SaRA day-to-day, in three steps, and the same three steps on one printable page for the wall is the front-desk one-pager.
Optional for providers: Foundations of RTM. Foundations of RTM is SaRA's one hour on demand course on RTM itself, approved for 0.90 CEUs for PTs and PTAs in most states. It is background with CE credit, not SaRA training, and nothing in your setup waits on it.
Your patients
How to introduce SaRA at the front desk and in the room, with word for word scripts: How to introduce SaRA to your patients.
Consent is built into the first text a patient receives, and there is nothing for them to install: The first text your patient receives.
Who to enroll, and how: Who should enroll patients? and Enroll a patient in SaRA.
A printable lobby flyer that explains the check-in texts to your patients, in your clinic's branding with no SaRA name on it, is ready to print: Printable patient flyer.
Billing
Your billing path. Either SaRA bills for you, or you self-bill from the Ready to Bill list. What each path asks of your team: Choosing your billing path.
If SaRA bills for you, tell us your clearinghouse and who to contact about billing on the Manage page. If your clearinghouse is Waystar, add your Waystar account name and number so we can copy your existing enrollments. Where each field lives and why we ask: Billing setup: what we need from you and where to enter it.
Some payers need a one time enrollment form. We prepare it, you print and sign it, we file it: Payer enrollment for RTM claims.
Your EMR. Update four spots in your templates once (Setting up your EMR templates), and if you self-bill, the step by step for your EMR is in Billing RTM in my EMR.
Help
The chat bubble in the bottom corner of SaRA is the fastest way to reach us. It answers common questions on the spot, and you can ask for a person at any time. Every way to reach us, including email for billing questions, is in How to reach SaRA support.
You will also hear from us by email over your first few weeks, one short lesson at a time. Reply to any of them with a question. A person reads every reply.
